Check List

• ​Please bring all pertinent medical records, lab work, and any additional diagnostics, such as X-rays, scans (ultrasound, MRI), etc.
• ​No food after midnight, water is okay. Continue medications as normal.
• Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you need assistance upon arrival, please phone us from the the parking lot and we'll be right out to assist you.
• Your pet should be on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
• If you are running late, please phone ahead and let us know. We kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations. 
• You have the right to request a written prescription.​ ​

Payment Options
Payment in full is expected at discharge. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

We happily accept pet insurance, including Trupanion™ (Trupanion™ Express), Nationwide®, and others. To learn more about pet insurance, please visit the linked pet insurance websites on our Links page.
