As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we wish to inform our clients about our updated COVID guidelines—the safety of our staff and clients is our #1 priority.
Our office is considered a healthcare facility. Recent mask mandates have been lifted in some settings, however the California Department of Public Health still requires masks in high transmittal areas, including healthcare facilities. The mask mandate remains in place in our office.
We ask that anyone experiencing symptoms, or who has been exposed to COVID-19, to please reschedule their appointments.
MASKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL
If you are unable to wear an appropriate mask, or would prefer not to enter the facility, video consultations are available. Please call us when you arrive at (714) 701-6720. One of our staff will bring your pet into the facility for the examination, followed by a tele-consultation with Dr. Vogel from your personal device (phone, tablet, laptop).
We will provide a link when you schedule your initial appointment if a tele-consultation is requested. If you do not receive the link, please check your Spam folder and call us to resend a link if needed.
